If there are some items that you want to self-pack, start collecting suitable containers and packing materials at the earliest convenience. It is important to have your moving schedule in mind so that all of your self-packing is completed by moving date.

To ensure minimal confusion, make sure that you label the contents of your containers and be sure to separate and mark any goods that will be going into storage.
