Report Claims

We strive to make all of our customer's moves problem free. But, in the event that you need to report a claim, we will make the process as easy as possible, and we will respond as quickly as possible. Because there are different parameters for filing claims for different types of moves, we recommend that every client discuss the claims reporting process for their particular move up front with their Smith Dray Line representative.

Every claim is handled individually. To start the claims process, please contact Lisa Stevens at (800) 332-5673, or e-mail: lisa.stevens@smithdray.com. You will need to give her your Name, Order Number and the Date of your move. From here, they will walk you through the claims process.
