Pat Rochester

In 1994, I moved into sales as a Moving Consultant. This position gave me knowledge of various tariffs for moving. My experience includes the following: international and domestic household goods relocations for individuals and corporate employee relo's, trade show and exhibit and storage, and high value electronic transportation.

In 1997, I went into the Office & Industrial Moving Division of our company. This position gave me a "hands on" experience with special services (including pallet racking & warehousing inventory), consulting, supervising, loading and unloading, directing, overseeing and placement of Office furniture. I am capable of moving a company locally, within the state and across the country. I am proud to say I have been the only female consultant in this area in the history of our company.

In 2001, I accepted a position and transfer from the home office in Greenville, SC to our Rock Hill, SC branch office. With the knowledge I have gained, I will be servicing the Charlotte Metro area. My responsibility will be as a Corporate Account Executive. This position will include working with companies as they relocate their employees as well as with facility and purchasing managers on in house office relocations.

I have grown up in this business and I have learned - and am still learning-something new everyday. Smith Dray Line is family owned and operated by the Turrentine family. The best thing I can say about this company is the Turrentine philosophy. Smith Dray Line is a firm believer that nobody can lead effectively from behind a desk.
